Refunds Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. The two narrow exceptions are listed below.
Why we don't refund
spreadprofit.pro accepts payment in cryptocurrency. Once you broadcast the transaction from your wallet to ours, it's irreversible at the protocol level - we can't pull it back even if we wanted to. On top of that:
- You see the full live board before subscribing. There's no "buy first, see what you get" model.
- Subscriptions are activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and the value is delivered continuously from that moment - every funding cycle, every 8 hours, until the term ends.
- Plans don't auto-renew. When your term ends, the dashboard locks until you choose to re-subscribe. There's nothing to "cancel" mid-term.
- We're a small operator. Maintaining a refund-on-demand process at our scale would force prices up for everyone.
What "non-refundable" covers
You won't be refunded for any of these:
- You changed your mind after subscribing.
- You stopped using the service partway through your term.
- You expected a feature we don't offer (read the Terms and landing page before paying - they describe the service accurately).
- You lost money on trades you placed using our data.
- One or more exchanges we track went down, paused withdrawals, or changed their funding-rate behaviour.
- You opened an account at the wrong sign-in provider and want to "merge".
- The crypto you paid in dropped in value after you sent it.
The two exceptions
1. Extended unannounced outage
If the service is materially unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days without prior notice (i.e. the dashboard is unreachable or the data is more than 24 hours stale and we haven't said anything about it), you can request a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your current term.
2. Billing or technical error
If you submitted a single payment and it was activated as multiple subscriptions, or you were activated on the wrong plan, or any other technical mishap on our side gave you less than what you paid for - we'll fix it. That usually means crediting you the difference (extending the term) or, if that's not appropriate, a partial refund.
Voluntary cancellation
You don't need to "cancel" anything to stop using the service. There's no auto-renewal, no card on file, no recurring charge. When your term expires, your dashboard locks. Your data (account, subscription history) is preserved in case you re-subscribe later.
Termination on our end
If we terminate your account without cause (i.e. not because you violated our Terms), we'll refund the unused portion of your current term pro-rata. Termination for cause (Terms violation, fraud, abuse) is non-refundable.
How to request review
If your situation falls under one of the exceptions above, message us on Telegram (@al1ex2) with:
- Your spreadprofit.pro account identifier (the provider:id shown in the bottom-right chip when you're signed in, e.g.
discord:805162693245665350). - The transaction hash of the payment in question.
- A short description of what went wrong.
We typically respond within 48 hours. If we agree a refund is owed, we'll send it back to a wallet address you provide on the same chain you paid from.
Chargebacks
This is a non-issue for crypto, but for the avoidance of doubt: there are no chargebacks here. There is no card processor in the loop. Anything refund-related goes through the conversation above.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify existing subscribers in-app at next sign-in.
